    Whoever is buying this at 14 cents is effectively getting something currently worth only 11 cents based on TRIP's current price. Thus, for every $100 you put into this at 14 cents, you are instantly losing $21. You'll only recover that if the TRIP price increases, which isn't looking great right now.
