I cannot see the board entertaining a takeover bid and see half the products they have worked so hard develop put on the shelf and never see the light of day again. They have a strategy of working towards partnerships with various companies and i believe talks are progressing well. Personally i cannot see any collaboration with jnj until 2022 but would be very happy to be wrong there.
