I am not going to argue with you Boeing. This is a discussion forum and we all post our views as we see them.
I've have posted my views based on my research and interpretation of EGO's announcements. There will always be contrary views in a stock like EGO and the potential corporate transaction which does it seems confounds us all here.
I am of the opinion that EGO's board could not present 100% of the details here for reasons being there are other confidential arrangements yet to be determined and finalized.

Just as an aside,
this question from you.

If ERMGas is to be demerged from ERM and listed in an IPO would it not be prudent for potential investors the demerged entity to be fully informed in its prospectus as to its assets and potential before they commit there hard earned?
