If we can assume the directors of MAE are reasonable people - and I'm sure we can - the one Kiwi spoke to has deigned that the info he provided was not price sensitive and whwen there is no chnage to info perviously supplied - that is a very reasonable decision for him to make.

If there had been any change in the situation at all - and as we are told the directors are obliged to answer honestly - the response would have been along the lines - I'm sorry sir - this info could be perceived as price sensitive and I cannot divulge it. It appears the info was provided freely - in good faith - and the weather report was free. Its v clear there has been no change in the situation snce Novemebr at least - regardless of how others may wish to spin the details around.
