Hi NashaNasha I agree ISX is currently dead in the water, although it’s still alive and there is always hope no matter how small.
Should we list on another exchange?
I have thought about this option as I believe without an ounce of doubt ASX will never allow ISX to re-list unless directed by a court. Is this possible I think it is but my gut says it won’t happen. This is where I hope I’m simply wrong and we get the go ahead to trade.
I have previously expressed my views that no exchange would accept ISX as a listing given the ASX court case, ASIC making enquiries, negative media publicity and Visa suspension.
Have you researched similar scenarios in regards to other companies which are suspended and trying to re-list? Have they been successful?
Is it actually possible to re-list whilst proceedings are underway?
Would you like us to drop proceedings and focus on listing somewhere else?
There are many issues so I would appreciate your views on the above and any other info you have gathered that would support attempting to list on another exchange.
Cheers DoubleL
