Just because the price crashes doesn't mean it is "panic". You screw up to this level you will get punished with investors leaving. Investors leaving means a price fall.
You can't blame investors for not wanting to hang around with a CEO who makes outrageous forecasts to raise money and then miss them supplying only infeasible excuses, a major holder and director jumping ship, while at the same the company is out of money with no end line in sight for the money needed to keep AHZ afloat and no credibility left with which to raise money from traditional investors.
There are reasons to hope, sure. There are great products and things in the works. But don't just write off the sell down as "panic" - there is nothing irrational about it from my point of view.
