it's not that, black and white. There are heaps of non disclosure, all over the asx. Not much in way of punishment. Definitely no jail time lol.
I own a suspended African mining co. Was up 200% on it. Massive non disclosure. Directors still making millions, despite non disclosure.Nothing will happen to them, they will fold the co up eventually and take one another directorship elsewhere. I will get maybe a cent a share back. Definitely won't see any of that locked up profit.
