If you are an Eligible Retail Shareholder on the Record Date (7:00pm on 29 May 2009) (refer to Section 1), you
have an entitlement to apply for New Shares at an Issue Price of A$0.28 on the basis of 2 New Shares for every 9
shares held at the Record Date. You may also apply for additional shares (Top Up Shares) under the Top Up Facility
(refer to Section 6.2).
