as I said pass share price is not a valid indication of the future direction of a stock. It 's how management deal with the issues the company had and outcome of those decisions they took will determine the direction of the share price. Certainly countless of fundraising with no results to show won't help that.
It took nearly 3 years for the company to recognise and react to the production issues tell much about what kind of management running this company. Certainly no trading argorithm can help this. It would be naive to invest in a stock and ignore the fundamentals.
Well if the company can show 3 consecutive quarters that they delivered the target production and that they lay to bed all these issue then I will be happy to park my investment money in this stock. Anything else short of that will just be rosy speculation.
