A recap is probably going to be needed to bring debt level down imo. A rights issue possible if they can get an underwriter.
Which funds are currently holding rfg and what do directors own , have either changed holdings over past 12 months.
Instead of running a franchise model why don't they just own all the stores and run them profitably , they own the food supply and coffee supply so how hard could it be.
