Have you factored in the dilution that exercising the options will cause? I'm no mathematician so I wouldn't know how to crunch the numbers.
By participating in the RI, you're putting your faith in management to deliver shareholder value. Without any serious changes in the structure and the way the Company is run, including the urgent need to cut costs/staff, I have little faith in the current Board's ability to deliver success.
