I tend to think they are working on a cash injection by other means ie a licence deal for one or some of the DEP drugs remembering CEO said at one time DEP CAB may licence out before end of phase 2 same could be true for the other two or moneterize something else Viraleze vivagel or something else. Any form of capital raising now as a depletion would be unthinkable for shareholders and difficult to find support imo, again CEO has fairly recently said there will be no CR ( mind you she said that some years ago then soon after done one) I struggle to believe anything she says until she proves me wrong.
