    Ok - So CVI are going to issue a "rights" offer to existing shareholders.

    So can I get the same deal as the prominant school buddies and Angolans. Being that I get the shares for free, and get to dump them on market at the prevailing price???

    seriously though, how desperate is the Co to bring in Cashflow? will they offer a rights issue at around these prices?

    From my recolections, Rights issue = the rignt to purchase a particular share at a predetermined price at a given point in the future, that I think is non transferable, can anyone tell me if this is correct?
