That's possible, if they do end up selling shares. They might keep them, I don't know what Brett is thinking.
I'm sure the BOD is keeping an eye on the cash balance & has a plan in place. It's my belief a placement might take place by any number of entities looking to recycle batteries in Europe.
MOC has access to debt markets through Greenhouse.
Brett must have connections over the years.
