I assume great numbers from the feasibility study would mean government/private institutions might throw some money our way.
In most cases, grant money doesn't have to be paid back.
RIL runs lean for now, there's only a small group of personnel at the moment, the minimum of BOD members required to run an ASX-listed company. I don't think it's top-heavy in the Ivory tower.
