Hi to all the former HNR holders & welcome to the new RIL forum. I thought I would start this thread so shareholders
can discuss all things Redivium. I guess you could consider this the old
HNR general discussion thread & it will help keep the ann threads clean.
For anyone who doesn't know, Redivium (RIL) was formerly known as Hannans (HNR). A new name with what's hopefully a bright new future in battery recycling.

RIL has links with NMT, Greenhouse & Primobius.
Both NMT & Greenhouse are shareholders in RIL & Greenhouse is the reason why RIL holds its own licence for the UK, Ireland, Italy & parts of the Balkans. The Nordic countries are a 50:50 JV with a still unlisted company called CM. Most of the former HNR/RIL board are in CM.

Some of the former board members of RIL (HNR back then) are in the T20. In fact, almost 50% of RIL is owned by NMT, Greenhouse plus former & some current board members.

technology RIL holds because it's the same tech that Primobius has, through an NMT transaction with SMS group. RIL also has to pay a 10% royalty back to an entity owned by both NMT & SMS Group equally, it's called ACN 630.
