NA – isn’t that the ‘logical' conclusion to evolution/atheism ?
You were nothing before, you evolved out of nothing and you're nothing after you’re gone
If that were true for evolution, I would reject it. I don't see what this has to do with atheism.
So you are (if not splat or similar before) laying on your death bed and life is just slowly draining and all you’ve got are memories then that last breath/thought occurs then whack, nothing never ever again, you’re again nothing as before your first ever memory/recall of anything.
Not everything in life is pleasant. We don't like the prospects of unpleasant experiences which creates business opportunities for some to sugar-coat those forecast to be unpleasant.
Then there’s religion that tries to train you to benefit them now so you can be in eternal paradise (pay now, get later) That sounds right.
