The economic study had development taking 6 months and pay back another 6 months.
So debt was forecast to build up from nothing to $26m over 6 months and then back to nothing over the next 6 months.
Which is an average exposure to interest on $13m for a year.
If interest rates increase by say 5% that would be an increase in interest in the spread sheet of $650k which is peanuts in a project throwing off $200m
