Let's also take a second to understand SOI vs Market Cap. I challenge you to find another company with as good of a prospect as RLT, with a small MC, with only 100mil SOI. most companies with penny sized market caps have billions of shares on issue. Besides, this perfectly plays into potential financing/funding for further upgrades.
