I seem to have lost my hard copy of the AGM agenda while moving house.
Have tried to find it on our website, but failed.
From memory, We are being asked to provide financial assistance for the specific subscription of shares to related (Cyrovation or Tetra4) or interrelated, a company controlled by a person on the Board.
And a share repurchase plan.
We are an understandably debt heavy company.
Where is the financial assistance coming from to support a Subcription to shares by related/interrelated....... and a buy back.
Secretly, I would like access to the board meeting minutes because the Special Res, without further explanation fester suspicion.
