rmg holloman focusing on the dots

Hi All,

FYI...It appears, based on filings at ASIC today (see below), that all the assets/entities that the "Holloman Group" have been accumulating are now housed at the "Holloman Complex" at 88 Forrest Street Cottesloe Wa 6001.

We have a number of "Dots" that we have been watching and trying to figure how they connect. Only an announcement will give us a definitive answer.

Let's review some of these "Dots":

Mark Stevenson is director of RMG and the Chairman/CEO/President of Holloman Corporation;

Holloman Minerals is the major shareholder of RMG;

Holloman Minerals is a wholly owned subsidiary of Holloman Corporation;

HOLLOMAN PETROLEUM PTY LTD is a wholly owned subsidiary of HOLLOMAN OIL AND GAS LIMITED;

HOLLOMAN OIL AND GAS LIMITED is a wholly owned subsidiary of Holloman Corporation;

San Saba P/L & Springfield Minerals are now wholly owned by RMG after being transferred to RMG from individuals associated with Holloman Corporation;

Holloman Minerals tenements - on a number the tenement documents it is noted "Special Location Petroleum Tenement"; and

It does beg the question "Why has Holloman Corporation taken control of RMG via the "Back Door"?".


JMHO there is an interesting picture starting to come into focus. Time will tell what that picture will turn-out to look like.
