I noticed on the Molycorp message board today that there is a post indicating that Bloomberg is reporting a new 2.5% royalty tax on Western Australian mining operations. They state that Lynas would potentially have to pay $17 to $18 million/year in royalty taxes. Can anyone verify this tax?
