They can't announce anything till a done deal. I was watching a stock called programmed months ago and wasn't going to well so they decided to sell off the part that wasn't great in a announcement on a Thursday . Next day they announced a takeover offer was accepted !! Just remember whatever Directors are working on you ll never know till they are ready to announce to the market
