This is truly amateur hour, cart before horses scenario where the contractors and sub contractors will be smiling ear to ear, potentially end up with do and charge if no agreement is reached on the revised scope or name your own price scenario for the variation work.
Not sure whether Nigel is ignorance, don't care or refuse to learn from previous mistake by spruiking unrealistic production milestone of Q1 of 2023, more like Q1 or Q2 of 2024, I think the market will appreciate a realistic date than pie in the sky dream.
