Think you’ll find the issue ,as to why it hasn’t been issued is in the paragraph ( below) from the grant of decree ann . ; yes decree was issued and if AVZ just walked on we’d have the licence for the southern area and be trading months ago .
Basically DG of Cami said here’s ML for south ; but the north will need to be renewed under a new number as an exploration licence ; apparently AVZ agreed to this ; but as dissecting tenements after discoveries and issuing them to your mates isn’t part of the mining code ; the company took it as it would be retained by them; DG Cami had other ideas I.e. North would be relinquished by AVZ and issued to interested parties of which of course AVZ could apply.
