Hi Kev,
Not sure who you trade with, but Commsec at least, reserves the right to fill your order via either the ASX or ChiX. That is why sometimes you don't see the amount for sale on the ASX change once your order is filled. IRESS will allow you to see trades on both exchanges (there is no queuing on ChiX).
