It's an announcement telling us things are progressing really well.
Yes market hasnt reacted as you may have thought, but it's because it's ASX & WBT don't dig up earth, & it isn't ground breaking nor is it about a commercial client, but it's another step in the right direction.
It's never going to be a sprint, admittedly this is like hopping on one leg, in a hurricane, in treacle, with that leg covered in a cement boot, but nevertheless, it's going forwards.....just
