    U might have "forgiven" or conveniently decided to forget our crimes>. I know many others have not. And you might wonder why others might despise us.

    My Chinese acquaintances read their own history and not our history books which don't even mention inconvenient facts such as our tiny Aussie historical incursion into China where we distinguished, ourselves equivalent to the British and Americans in their large scale looting and raping

    Also, the Chinese, on a less significant scale, might still remember the more recent "accidental" bombing of their embassy.


    The Indians and Pakistanis may not always be supportive of the anglo Saxons as they have a "memory" and their history textbooks do not always gloss over our duplicity, murders and war crimes that we carried out on their soils.


    We certainly are only human and may not be the best or worst of the bad guys, but we run close to being the first in hypocrisy and overwhelming brainwashing propaganda.



    Eg sometime ago ex MP Blair said it was right to bomb and murder Serbian journalists because they were spreading propoganda.
