russia have improved their tactics at times making better use of opportunies but still rely heavily on meatwave attacks and are suffering heavy losses for the ground taken ....also used to be heavy equipment losses but that seems lessened
Ukraine are firmly focussed on defence and also maintaining strength - they don't waste bodies - but artillery and glidng bombs do still cause casualties
russia have started to use CS gas against the Geneva convention to empty trenches
russian use of motorbikes for quick approach and small target - but no protection
