    $10/barrel, that is cheaper than a Bigmac in Moscow back in the good days.

    Selling to Europe, Russian oil cost was ~$40/b.
    Selling cost to China and India is a lot higher than selling to Europe.Drop in the massive discount, Russia must be gifting the Asians.
