Well they could hive off the Vivagel Portfolio and put it into a listed entity on ASX.

With a potential sign up licensee fee of say $10 million to distribute and market Bacterial Vaginosis formulations.

To be fair to current shareholders - they would receive one share for every one they held in Starpharma. Balance of say 200 million shares could be put in the IPO for say 20 cents a share

So with the $40 + $10 million ($50 million) half could be returned to the parent company Starpharma and the rest remain in the new listed entity and voila the VivaGel business is an new listed company on the ASX with $25 million in bank

With Phase 3 top-line results imminent - and a potential 1.7 billion dollar market - this company could become a cash cow like Telstra

Okay then you have several agreements in place with undisclosed Pharma's as well as those with Astrazeneca

Biotechcatalyst indicated that Jackie Fairley (CEO) of Starpharma was told by Pascal Soriot of Astrazeneca there were about 20 anticancer drugs he would like to investigate with Dendrimer Enhanced Particles

I would be happy if Astrazeneca offered $2 billion for our shares.

We could sell off the patents that are being trialed in collaboration to the undisclosed Pharmas for a few million and there you have it
