34% is as good as any poll you'll ever get - and it is probably the most accurate poll you will ever get with voluntary voting.

Polling beforehand had roughly the same proportions, so predicted the actual polling day vote pretty well.

As for those who didn't vote - well, maybe the proportions would be slightly different, but not much.
