IMO Fexofenadine in oral spray form loses the advantages of pills (cost, stability, manufacturing etc) without the gains required.
Specifically, Fexofenadine is a second generation antihistamine. First generationantihistamines commonly have drowsiness as a side effect whereas secondgeneration antihistamines do not. This is mentioned in your reference.
A common criteria for using oral spray is to avoid FP metabolism, Fexofenadine undergoes negligible metabolism (hepatic or non-hepatic). It is rapidly absorbed into the body following oral administration once per day.
To be fair I should offer an alternative. Without knowing the product in detail my pick would be Dupixent [1]. Oral spray would have many advantages over current administration by needle.
