A common criteria for using oral spray is to avoid FP metabolism, Fexofenadine undergoes negligible metabolism (hepatic or non-hepatic). It is rapidly absorbed into the body following oral administration once per day.

To be fair I should offer an alternative. Without knowing the product in detail my pick would be Dupixent [1]. Oral spray would have many advantages over current administration by needle.
