We are getting wall to wall reporting of this journalist who seems to have been swallowed up by the Saudi embassy in Istanbul. The possible murder of this guy is reported by a breathless Press as a most heinous act.
Yet can anyone remember similar outrage when Saudi women were stoned to death? Or when Saudi gays were defenestrated?
So have the rules somehow changed?
Maybe it is because the Saudis have been praised by Trump and hence the Saudis are no longer "one of us".
Remember Rule 1 of the fake left is always that you can get away with almost anything if "you are one of us."
