How can a 500 million dollar takeover be handled by kindagarden children who call themselves board members. Now professional board would allow shateholders to be raped by these Russians. I'm one of the lucky ones I sold out in 0.29 then brought a few back at 0.20 thinking I might be able to make a quick buck once the sale gets confirmed. But the volatility of the stock made me exit at 0.175. While I did take a hit overall I did well but I sympathise with other holders that completely trusted this dodgy board who knows how much cash they raked in while the SP was high. They are criminals and a class action should be instigated by shareholders.
