Hingdog if you assess it carefully, communism is an ideology that was concocted to either strive for or sell equality to the masses. It but that an ideology. In practice if you look at actual policies and actions of the leaders of communist currently in existence, these countries are ruled by right wing conservatives who have used the ideology to grab and maintain power.
These ‘communists’ want to maintain the status quo, the elite (military and politicians) rule over and benefit over the common folk who don’t know any better, nepotism is rampant and corruption is rampant, the wealth gap is huge even more so than in many democratic nations. None of this reflective of the ideals of ‘communism’.
Hilter as nationalist right wing nutter more so than a lefty. They people just use left wing ideals of equality to appeal to the masses because they know it is what the masses hope for.
I wouldn’t call myself a commi but the ideology does have some good ideas, but it also has some bad ideas. What we should be doing is taking what is good and implementing it in a democratic society and ignore/discard the bad one.
