I get up set with this open borders idea because if an outbreak does occur, who wears the hospital costs and local businesses shut down.
Point being, everything has a cost and an outbreak of Victorian proportions will cost the state affected dearly.
Those proposing open borders should be charged an insurance levy for that eventuality!
