Couple of NY 'Giga' announcements in May helped 1c options over the line.

One on 29th May, Gigafactory to be on Huron Campus , stated:


60 acre building earmarked for manufacturing eh?
Sounds big.
Sounds 'Giga'.

That's 2.5M sqft, or around half size of Tesla's 125 acre(5.5M sqft) gigafactory.
So many surprised that 5 months later, consortium still struggling to find said building:

Pudding over-egged?

Pelto suggesting scouting party looking for modest 5-10 acres(200K-400K sqft) on Northside.
Huron Real Estate not overwhelmed with tenants for sprawling IBM Campus bought in 2002.
But maybe Chris unavailable to assist during 18 month scoping study?

Some alarmed hunt for suitable premises ongoing at Huron Campus.
Estimates now 'likely' around 7 months out from May inking of agreement with Huron Real Estate.
