Well, we are moving foward and the project has proven to be profitable so my insticts tell me a JV partner is going to be announced sooner than most people think.
They have already talked to interested partners so it seems to me that all the Chinese were waiting for was the DFS to make up their minds. I don't think it will long before we know who is going to commit,
thats my opinion.
