There’s obviously a number of different ways that this could go including those that you have mentioned. The company has presented a plan depending upon the outcome of the various legal actions and I think current events have quite a way to run so from my perspective now is certainly not the time to claim the loss. Obviously it would have been easier if all the planets had aligned better over the years so to speak but that’s how the cookie crumbles. And that’s my last post here
