I would love to send an email to asic as well but i am not a shareholder. Its is disgrace if fahour gets away with this. Every other company director will be watching this, and if the outcome is in favor of fahour, as shareholders we are doomed. Companies will be used by directors as private businesses and help themselves
I might complain anyway. Would they listen even if i am not a shareholder?
