Excuse my ignorance, but wasn't it you who was the main driving force behind the call for a 249D? What's changed your mind?
Was it management speaking to you or was it your solicitor who advised you against it?

Be interested to know. IMO management aren't going to change the way they do business just because they know the likelihood of shareholders actually calling a 249D is very remote. There's a lot of chest thumping at the start but then when shite gets real they back down. Management just laugh and get on the plane for another trip around the world at our expense.
