In contrast to Huntleys, Euroz weekly report dated on the 1 Feb 05 had a buy on ARQ. Euroz valued the company at $1.73/sh when it's share price was in fact $1.87, but had a price target on ARQ of $2.10/sh. Euroz justified the price target based on:
a) Historical evidence leading up to exploration program, whereby a 20% premium to Euroz's Net Present Value has been met.
b) The quality of management and exploration potential.
Maybe Huntleys do their valuations for short term traders and Euroz do theirs for long term investors.
