The 30 April Court Decision decided on legal points that ASX had the legal right to publish the "Final Reasons" document for ISX continued suspension. It did not decide against ISX on any charges written by ASX in that document. In fact, Judge Davis stated in her decision:
"I accept that the evidence before the Court shows a serious question to be tried in respect of the accuracy of particular findings made by ASX as detailed in its statement of reasons. ASX did not contend to the contrary."
You need to go back and read posts, there is lots of evidence to support JK and ISX. You should also read the query letters, read all announcements and read ISX's answers. Then come back and provide a rational reason on each point on why you do not support JK and ISX.
Do the hard work, and then make your assessment.
