The model is not flawed..this is the weird thing
however undisclosed pooling should be outlawed FOREVER And FOREVER after that
If the ANZ agents could have been prudent..this should have been a big successful business
However accepting 1% for ANZ is just a joke..i would have insisted double
Supporting Entrepreneurs on a portfolio of 4 stocks ..no single stock to represent more than 40% weighting..with 10% to 20% lvr at the small end and 50% for top 300..Blended ..with Personal Gtees..
Is an eminently viable risk proposition
