No word from the Fink....
It would be good just to get this part of the process over and done with so as we can move on and get the real discovery process underway..
Most lawyers are currently waiting for this ruling so as to progress to discovery and most are not particularly concerned with what the ruling is.
ANZ will start to squirm very soon as more and more of their dirty laundry is aired.
All said and done I think the clients will have the last laugh financially... but if they dont has anyone seen that movie with Michael Douglas.. Falling Down ...
