the NDA is submitted on a rolling basis, so the FDA is already reviewing and I doubt they have completed all that SPL has provided. hence providing the final documents in the next month or last month probably has zero impact on when the final FDA approval comes. It may however be delaying the licensing deal/s which is the current frustration I have.
I don't want to wish away time, but geez wouldn't be nice to fast forward a few months for SPL..
long term picture remains very positive for SPL, extremely so.
