The current SP is influenced by the overhang of the about to expire options.... I don't think we will see much movement up, until the new year now. There are perhaps a few traders still holding options that they have no intention of converting plus there will be those who need to unload a few to pay for the ones they do convert. Others who still want to take a decent stake close to 10c know this, they can keep the lid on the price by selling a few heads here and there to keep the SP below 12c and preferably 11c, Covering the sale with an equivalent options purchase at a discount. The bonus is that a "stink bid" on the options is likely to be successful over the next several days as the deadline looms.
