This is fairly typical for this stage of the development. The hard grind getting all the paperwork in order, planning, financials, regulatory, not very sexy and not likely to spur the sp on. Some big investment in plant coming. Dont be suprised if the hat goes around. If you believe they are up to the job, top up. A good time to dig in for the long haul or take a profit and jump back in when there is some dirt being dug and processed.
